a step-by-step makeup pictorial that demonstrates how to apply liquid eyeliner to hooded eyes and small eyelids?

Hello, lovelies! I know that many women around the world are suffering from hooded eyelids. If you have a small crease, or you have mature skin, you may perceive that the actual wing of the eyeliner that you apply appears deformed. I also have a slightly hooded right eyelid and most makeup looks, that I try don’t work perfectly for me. But I want to assure you that hooded eyes could look very charming, especially if you learn how to apply eyeliner in the right way. Today I'll show you a little eyeliner 'cheat' which works even for the most severe and heavy hooded eyes, just follow these simple instructions:

How to apply liquid eyeliner to hooded eyes and small eyelids?

1. Start by tighlighting your eyes by applying black eye kohl on the waterline of your eyes. This simple makeup technique will emphasize your eyes and guide you through the eyeliner application process.

2. Now look straight in the mirror, so that you can see the natural skin folds on your eyelids. This will help you to understand where and how to draw the eyeliner wing.

3. Start to draw the line (you can sketch it with the eyeshadow beforehand) directly over the overlapping hooded lid by looking straight ahead. Keep your eye open and continue looking straight in the mirror.

4. If you want to keep your eye looking casual, avoid the dramatic eye makeup, don't connect the whole line up until the corner of your eyes. All you need to do is to fill the gap between the hood and fill in the eyeliner's corner. It may sound too complicated, but you can look at the picture tutorial, I believe it might be helpful.

The idea of this eyeliner 'cheat' for hooded eyes is to make your winged eyeliner look absolutely straight, with no curve or defects, while you have your eye opened. I know it sounds puzzling, but the final makeup results are truly amazing! I really hope that this eyeliner tutorial will be helpful for all of you who struggle while applying eye makeup on your lids.

Lots of love,
Liz
